Shorter College Master’s Degree Programs


The Shorter College master's degree program includes an advanced curriculum that enables adult students to greatly progress in their continuing education. The Shorter College graduate degree is awarded to adult students who complete one to three years of concentrated coursework in their chosen area of study. The master’s degree coursework is significantly more demanding than the bachelor’s degree program and is undertaken by adult students who are typically more determined and goal-oriented than the average.

Master of Arts in Leadership


Degree Description
The MA degree program is designed for the graduate level management student, and consists of a core of 34 Semester Credit Hours. This core includes courses in organizational management topics such as communications, systems and structure, culture and politics, influence and power, conflict, and data analysis.

Master of Business Administration


Degree Description
The MBA degree program is designed for the graduate level business student, and consists of a core of 37 Semester Credit Hours. This core includes courses in business management topics such as executive communications, accounting, economics, legal issues, marketing, human relations, and statistical analysis.
