The Institute for Professional Development (IPD) (including affiliates providing services on our behalf) is an organization that provides comprehensive marketing services, in addition to other services, for our client colleges and universities. IPD is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We therefore want to inform you what information we collect, how it is used, and how you can contact us to modify or remove your information. Please note, however, that a request to modify or remove your information will only modify or remove your information from our list. We are not responsible for the use any other organizations may make of the information once it has been transferred as set forth below and you will need to contact such entity(ies) to have your information modified or removed from their database.

Information We Collect

The information we collect is used by us for various purposes, including contacting you for marketing purposes, to inform you about our client colleges' and universities' educational offerings, and in order to make modifications to our site to enhance your user experience.
In addition, from time to time, we make the information collected available to other organizations, including but not limited to other colleges or universities whose products or services we think you might find interesting.
Sale of Assets/Acquisition of IPD
If IPD sells assets or IPD is acquired or merged with another entity, you agree that IPD may provide to such entity all information that you have provided that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without obtaining your further consent.

IPD is a United States corporation with its principal place of business located in Arizona. By using this site, you agree that the interpretation and enforcement of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without regards to its conflicts of law provisions.

We are very sensitive to the issue of children's privacy. Our site(s) are neither developed for, nor directed at children under 13 years of age.
